At Handshake Access, we discussed how Handshake is seeking to expand access to relevant opportunities for your students while balancing student trust and employer access. Right now, our education partners play a time-intensive role in maintaining that balance via the approvals process. Based on conversations with schools and employers over the past year, we’ve identified opportunities to make employer and job approvals more nuanced, transparent, and safe.
